REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

SIKAWE strives to achieve the highest level of customer service and we will do our best to resolve any customer issue. 

  • We are happy to accept returns of any garment/clothing unused and still has it's label and tags. This item has to be dispatched to us within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price, an exchange or store credit. 
  •  RETURN POSTAGE FEE is the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • SALE/ DISCOUNTED items are not eligible for a refund.
  • We DO NOT accept an exchange or refund for JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES for HEALTH AND SAFETY reasons.     
  • We do not want to be out of pocket cancelling orders and getting charged. Therefore make sure you are content with what you want to purchase before checking out. We will cancel an order if you change your mind but the transaction fees charged through the likes of PayPal are nonrefundable to us therefore we will have to return your refund with the rest of what PayPal left after their service charge has been deducted.

PERSONALISED ITEMS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Orders including personalised item will be shipped or sent out together when personalised item is complete. If you wish to receive your other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please Note: Personlised items(including pre-order or made to order items) are specifically made just for you, therefore we do not accept cancellation, exchanges or refunds with these items.
