How to Order:

11. Your phone number(including country code) when we are processing your order for the courier. If you live in the UK, you can skip adding in your number.
Ordering based on Size Chart:Before you place your order please compare your measurements to the size chart provided. Ideally, you should select a dress size that is an inch or two larger than your measurements to give you breathing room.
Production Time:
Due to high demand, our Production time is about 8-10 weeks but varies greatly depending on season and the items that you order. We strongly recommend that you place your order 10-12 weeks in advance prior to your special event.
Shipping Time:
Dresses ship from United Kingdom. Depending on your location and method of shipping selected at checkout, shipping times within the UK usually range from 2 to 5 business days and international shipping fully depends on destination and customs regulations and usually ranges from 14 and to 20 business days.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to custom nature of our items and all orders being hand made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on purchases.
